Make Classic Sugar Cookie dough with almond extract instead of vanilla. Add 1 cup almond flour to the dry ingredients. Chill 30 minutes, then scoop into tiny balls and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool, then toss in confectioners' sugar.
