NutriBullet® Chimichurri Sauce

Though this herby sauce is classic with steak, it makes a great topper for just about any protein.

1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves

1/2 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves 

3 tablespoons red wine vinegar 

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 

3 cloves garlic 

Kosher salt  

1/4 cup olive oil  


Special equipment:
a NutriBullet® blender
  1. Add the cilantro, parsley, vinegar, red pepper flakes, garlic and 1 teaspoon salt to a NutriBullet® short cup (18 ounces). Attach the extractor blade and blend until chopped, scraping down the sides as needed. Add the olive oil and pulse until just combined. Use immediately.
