Add the cilantro, parsley, vinegar, red pepper flakes, garlic and 1 teaspoon salt to a NutriBullet® short cup (18 ounces). Attach the extractor blade and blend until chopped, scraping down the sides as needed. Add the olive oil and pulse until just combined. Use immediately.
