We found the perfect occasion to try out a cocktail classic, the sidecar: when you’ve got just a bit of marmalade left in a jar. The last tablespoon will heighten the drink’s refreshing orange flavor for a dazzling, subtly sweet cocktail you can shake and serve right from the jar, no bartending equipment or glassware required.
NEW: You can now switch to Cook Mode to keep your screen awake.
Directions
Add lemon juice to the orange marmalade in a jar. Cover with the lid and shake vigorously until the marmalade is combined with the lemon juice. Add the brandy, orange liqueur and ice to the jar and shake until the jar is chilled and frosty, about 30 seconds. Garnish with a lemon twist and serve immediately from the jar.
