We changed up the traditional party mix with the addition of broken up matzo. Tossed with a coating of melted white chocolate, nut butter and butter, then coated in confectioners’ sugar mixed with ground freeze-dried strawberries. This puppy chow is a perfect colorful, sweet and salty treat.

Directions
Combine 1 1/4 cups white chocolate chips, 1/3 cup nut butter and 6 tablespoons butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring, until smooth; stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla. Combine 4 cups rice cereal squares and 4 broken matzo sheets in a large bowl. Pour in the white chocolate mixture, tossing to coat. Add 2 cups confectioners’ sugar and 1/2 cup ground freeze-dried strawberries; toss. Stir in more freeze-dried strawberries.
