Bring the milk to a simmer in a small saucepot over medium heat. Remove from the heat and add the tea bags. Steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and set aside to cool.
Meanwhile, add the oats, flaxseeds, brown sugar, yogurt, cinnamon and a pinch of salt to a 12-ounce mason jar. Pour in the milk and stir with a spoon. Cover the jar and refrigerate overnight, or at least 4 hours.
To serve, open the jar, stir and add desired toppings.
