Inspired by the upside-down puff pastry TikTok trend credited to @lilyghodrati, these tarts are an easy way to turn your favorite campfire dessert into a tasty treat for an indoor cozy gathering. Creamy milk chocolate is sandwiched between a crunchy graham cracker and fluffy crescent dough and baked until golden brown, then finished with toasty marshmallows that will make your house smell like heaven.

Directions
Position an oven rack in the middle of the oven and preheat to 375 degrees F. Brush a baking sheet with the butter.
Roll out the crescent dough on a lightly floured work surface into a 9-by-12-inch rectangle. Cut into 9 equal pieces, each 3 inches by 4 inches. Dock each rectangle with a fork, then transfer to a large plate or another baking sheet and refrigerate until ready to assemble.
Halve each graham cracker sheet crosswise into 2 squares. Evenly space 9 of the squares on the prepared baking sheet. Crush the remaining graham cracker square into a coarse dust and set aside. Top each graham cracker square with 1 tablespoon of the chopped chocolate, evenly distributing it across the cracker. Top each with a prepared crescent dough rectangle and use your fingers to seal the dough against the baking sheet. Use a paring knife to square off the sides of the dough and get clean straight edges. Brush the dough rectangles with the beaten egg and sprinkle the graham cracker dust evenly over the tops.
Bake until golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes. Remove the tarts from the oven and use a spatula to flip them over so the graham cracker squares are facing up. Top each tart with 3 marshmallows in a triangle in the center. Return to the oven and bake, rotating the baking sheet if needed to get even browning, until the marshmallows are deep golden brown, 30 seconds to 1 minute.
As soon as the tarts come out of the oven, press down lightly on the marshmallows with a spatula or your fingers to spread them out a bit. Serve while warm.
