This versatile flatbread is a great recipe to get fresh homemade bread on the table in minutes. Tangy, plain yogurt is stirred together with flour, sesame seeds, salt and baking powder to make a light dough. The flatbreads are cooked quickly on a griddle until browned and toasted. Warm, pillowy bread is always the perfect side dish.

Directions
Whisk 2 cups flour, 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds, 1 teaspoon salt and 3/4 teaspoon baking powder in a bowl. Stir in 1 cup plain yogurt (not Greek), then knead until smooth. Let rest 20 minutes. Cut into 4 pieces and roll out on a floured surface until very thin. Cook on a griddle coated in vegetable oil over medium heat until browned, 2 minutes per side. Sprinkle with salt.
