Fruit Soups

1/4 teaspoon coriander

1/4 teaspoon celery salt

1 teaspoon salt

1 pinch cayenne

2 cups sliced ripe banana

2 cups diced ripe pineapple

2 cups pineapple juice

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, chopped fine


  1. Puree all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Remove to serving bowl. Chill 1 hour or longer. If desired for garnish, puree 2 peeled kiwis in processor. Spoon kiwi on top of each soup bowl when serving.
