Whether they're made for cocktail hour, as a complement to the main meal or as a late-night snack, blistered shishitos are a family favorite that is in constant rotation. If you arenโt a fan of heat, use regular honey instead, but donโt skip the honey altogether. The sweet with the lime and lava salt makes for a restaurant-worthy bite.

Directions
In a large stainless or cast-iron skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the peppers to the skillet and cook until blistered with dark spots, 5 to 8 minutes.
Sprinkle with black lava salt and toss to coat evenly. Transfer to a plate, then drizzle the hot honey over the top and garnish with a few whole cilantro leaves, if using, another pinch of salt, and a splash of lime juice. Serve hot.
