Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise, such as Hellmann's

1 cup fresh tarragon leaves, finely minced 

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Zest and juice of 1 lemon

Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper

Directions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, tarragon, honey, mustard and lemon zest and juice; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Rub the mayonnaise mixture all over a 12- to 14-pound turkey before roasting.
