  1. In a medium bowl, combine the avocado, garlic, cucumber, cilantro and red onion. In a separate small bowl, stir together the olive oil, paprika, oregano, lime juice and some hot sauce, salt and pepper. Drizzle the dressing on top of the vegetables and fold to combine. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
