Jungle Boogie Punch

This punch can be made using any brand of rum as long as you have one bottle light and one bottle of dark. The juices can be used from cartons/ in concentrated form.

Ingredients

Crushed brown sugar

Peel of 1 orange

1 bottle Havana Club 3 year old rum

1 bottle Havana Club 7 year old rum

1 liter fresh pureed pineapple juice

1 liter fresh pureed mango juice

1 liter fresh pureed orange juice

Fresh lime wedges

Garnish: chunks pineapple, mango and orange

Directions

  1. Boil the sugar and orange peel together for 1/2 hour then allow to cool. Meanwhile, put all the other ingredients into a punch bowl. Add the sugar mixture and stir it all together, Garnish with chunks of pineapple, mango and orange and sprinkle with freshly grated nutmeg before serving.;
