2 ounces fresh clementine juice plus a pinch of zest, plus 1 clementine slice, for garnish
1 ounce Campari
Club soda, for topping
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the tequila, clementine juice and zest and Campari and lightly shake. Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Top with club soda and garnish with a slice of clementine.
