The cold foam from this recipe can be used for any and all iced beverages. It is so simple and such a great way to add creaminess and sweetness to your iced coffee or iced tea.

Special equipment:
a handheld frother
Add the tea bags to the vodka and let it steep in the fridge for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight. Remove the tea bags.
Fill four rocks glasses with ice. Add 1 1/2 ounces chai vodka and 1 1/2 ounces coffee liqueur to each glass. Stir to combine. Top with Sweet Cold Foam and lightly stir. Top with some freshly zested cinnamon and a cinnamon stick.
Sweet Vanilla Cinnamon Cold Foam:
Whisk together the cream, milk, vanilla syrup and cinnamon in a tall glass or jar. Using a hand-held frother, froth the mixture into a light and airy foam.
