Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lay the baguette slices in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet, then brush both sides using 3 tablespoons of the olive oil. Bake until golden brown, 15 to 18 minutes.
Toss together the peaches, basil, 1/4 teaspoon salt and the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil in a medium bowl.
Whisk together the honey, vinegar and hot sauce in a small bowl, adding more hot sauce to taste.
To build the bruschetta, start with a piece of baguette, spread with the goat cheese, spoon on some peaches and top with the hot honey.
