Yogurt Wet Rub for Chicken

  1. Mix the yogurt, turmeric, paprika, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and lemon zest and juice in a medium bowl until completely combined.
  2. To use, apply the wet rub to chicken and let marinate, refrigerated, at least 30 minutes and up to overnight. Makes enough for 4 to 6 chicken breasts.
