Mix the granola, chocolate chips, dried cranberries, coconut, almonds, sugar, and vanilla extract together in a bowl. Combine syrup ingredients. Incorporate the syrup mixture into the dry ingredients and spread on a well-greased sheet pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Slice when warm and eat when cool;
