Papas con Crema Verde

1 bunch cilantro, stems included

6 small yellow chiles, seeded

1 large pale green (Hungarian) chile, seeded

1 bunch green onions, white and green parts included

1 cup Mexican Crema

1/2 cup olive oil

Juice of 1 lime


  1. Place all of the above ingredients in a blender. Blend until very smooth. 
  2. Use as a sauce over very hot, boiled, and skinned potatoes.
