Ingredients

4 cups vanilla ice cream, softened

1 1/2 cups cold milk

1 1/2 teaspoons eggnog flavoring

Freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. With an emersion blender, mix until creamy removing any lumps.
  2. Pour into glasses. Garnish with nutmeg and serve.

Cook’s Note

Hand mixer works in place of an Emersion blender.
