Ingredients

4 medium tomatoes, diced

1-1/2 cups canned, diced tomatoes

1/2-cup diced red onion

3 Tbs. chopped scallions

1/2-cup diced yellow bell pepper

1 Tbs. diced jalapeno pepper

1/4-cup chopped cilantro

1-1/2 Tbs. fresh lime juice

1 tsp. salt

1/4-tsp. black pepper

1/2-tsp. dried oregano leaves

1/4-tsp. garlic powder

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix briefly.
