10 cups water

1/2 cup diced celery

Herb Mayonnaise:

1cup mayonnaise

1 lemon, juiced

1/4 cup watercress leaves

1/4 cup fresh parsley

1/4 cup fresh dill

1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

Serve chilled with Herb Mayonnaise.
