Punchy Peach Smoothie

Fresh ginger adds a kick to a peach and banana smoothie that can be chilled in LG's refrigerator.

¼ teaspoon ground cardamom, optional

2 large ripe peaches (1 pound), pitted and quartered

1 ripe banana, peeled

2 cups plain yogurt

4 ¼-inch slices fresh ginger

1 tablespoon honey, plus more to taste


  1. Puree the peaches, banana, yogurt, ginger, honey, and cardamom, if using, in a blender until smooth. Taste and add more honey if desired. Blend again until smooth. Refrigerate until cold.
