Quinoa Salad with Edamame and POM

This is a power-packed salad with high protein quinoa, edamame beans, almonds and pomegranate.



  1. 1) Cook quinoa according to package directions. Cool to room temperature.
  2. 2) Whisk lime juice, olive oil, honey, ginger, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. 3) Add quinoa, edamame and Almond Accents. Let stand 15 minutes for flavors to blend. Keeps refrigerated 12 days.
