To make the topping, mix the flour, oats, brown sugar, pecans, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl. Stir while drizzling in the melted butter, then set aside.
Pour the apple pie filling into a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Spoon the topping evenly over the top.
Bake until golden and crisp, 40 to 45 minutes.
Serve warm, topped with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping.
