Roasted New Potatoes and Onions

15 small potatoes, each quartered

10 small onions, each quartered

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup dried bread crumbs

Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Toss potatoes and onions in olive oil, bread crumbs and salt and pepper. Place potatoes and onions around lamb in roasting pan.
