Sea Island Bourbon Punch

One 750-ml bottle bourbon

1 liter soda water 

Two 16-ounce bottles ginger ale 

1/4 cup granulated sugar 

2 tablespoons maraschino cherry juice 

Pinch of ground cinnamon 

Peel and juice of 2 lemons 

Peel and juice of 1 orange 

Ice, for serving

Maraschino cherries, candied ginger and fresh mint sprigs, for serving 


  1. In a large punch bowl or pitcher, mix together the bourbon, soda water, ginger ale, sugar, maraschino cherry juice, cinnamon, and the lemon and orange peels and juice.
  2. Serve over ice, with a cherry, piece of candied finger and a sprig of mint.
