Triple Brie Melt

Two 1/4-inch slices triple creme Brie cheese 

2 thick slices white French bread

4 thin slices prosciutto

1 generous tablespoon strawberry preserves

Butter, for brushing


  1. Lay the Brie on both sides of the bread, and then spread a layer of the strawberry preserves on top and add the prosciutto. 
  2. Close the sandwich, brush the outsides with butter and cook in a panini press until golden brown, 3 minutes.
