In a large pitcher, mix together the tequila, mango juice, lime juice and agave.
When ready to serve, rub the rim of each glass with a wedge of lime. Dip the rim of each glass into the salt to create an even coating. Fill each glass with plenty of ice.
Pour the mango-rita into the serving glasses and garnish each with a wedge of lime and mango.
