Sweet Pepper Everything Bagel Dip

2 tablespoons poppy seeds

2 tablespoons white sesame seeds 

1 tablespoon black sesame seeds 

1 tablespoon dried minced garlic 

1 tablespoon dried minced onion 

Kosher or coarse salt 

Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese 

1/4 cup red pepper relish, plus more for serving 

One 7-ounce bag bagel chips, for serving


  1. Combine the poppy seeds, white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, garlic, onion and 1 tablespoon salt in a small bowl. Mix together and add 2 tablespoons of the mix to a food processor. Set the remaining mix aside in an airtight container for later use. Add the cream cheese and pepper relish to the food processor and pulse until completely combined. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and top with a little of the remaining spice mix and more pepper relish. Serve with bagel chips.

This dip can be made a few days ahead of time and kept in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
