Wasabi Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

1 russet potato

1 tablespoon butter

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon wasabi powder

Directions

  1. Place the potato in a pot of cold water. Bring to a boil and cook until fork tender, about 30 minutes. Remove from the heat, peel, and mash well. Add 1 tablespoon of butter, salt, freshly ground black pepper, powdered garlic, and wasabi powder. Mix well.
