  1. Cut off the top quarter of the garlic with a sharp knife. Place garlic in the middle of a large piece of foil, and drizzle with oil. Crimp the foil around the garlic. Enclose foil completely. Bake in the middle of a preheated 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
