For the holidays, Chef Robert Irvine is heading west to Jackson Hole, Wyo. to visit the City Kids Wilderness Project, a camp in the heart of the Grand Teton Mountains that welcomes at-risk teens from the inner city of Washington, D.C. Robert's giving back by redoing three of their spaces in just three days, updating their 25-year old facilities that are full of broken equipment, disorganization, and under-utilized space. As Robert get to know the campers, he is inspired to add more special surprises and a cook a huge barbecue with help from chef Stephanie Izard.

Four years ago, lifelong friends Kurron and Vinny opened Against Da Grill, a casual, diner-style restaurant in their Staten Island, N.Y., hometown. As beloved and active members of the community, the restaurant's struggle to stay open goes deeper than the food alone. Vinny thinks a barbecue concept will save their future; Kurron wants to upgrade his existing diner concept. Chef Rocco DiSpirito arrives on the scene, divides the restaurant to showcase both concepts and helps them develop their menus. He opens both restaurants side by side for one night only and determines which concept will move forward, saving these hometown heroes.

One team is sent home, and the three remaining teams get to meet their VIP client, Chef Michael Symon. He's opening a new restaurant in Las Vegas called Mabel's, and he wants a cake for the big opening event that embodies everything his barbecue joint is about -- meat, bourbon, good times and good food. The stakes are high when the bakers have to make a cake for an Iron Chef, but one team rises to the challenge and walks away with $10,000.

He does the classic Thanksgiving on a Roll one better by using stuffing as the bread! Then he makes a spicy barbecued turkey hero, paired with tangy cranberry barbecue sauce. Boogie Bites

With a bad case of party fever, Jeff Mauro heads up to Milwaukee to get learn the secrets of the gigantic party sub from the folks responsible for feeding barbecue and sandwiches to half the Wisconsin State Fair. After a hands-on demo, Jeff wrestles a 6-foot hero roll home and starts building his own party sub -- succulent slow-cooked pork done as a gigantic Cubano sandwich. And since he's throwing an all-ages bash, Jeff whips up mortadella and salami sliders for the kids, and sets out bowls of his homemade spicy nut mix to keep the boogie going.
