Guy Fieri welcomes all-star chefs Joe Sasto, Lee Anne Wong, and Justin Warner to an intense noodle competition. First, the chefs must make a spicy noodle dish featuring big flavors despite having to shop using the smallest of bags. Then, the remaining two all-stars spin the color wheel to determine whether their upscale noodle dish must feature black, purple, green, or red noodles.
Guy Fieri welcomes back former GGG winners who used their masterful meatless dishes to show all the carnivores how it's done. First, they must make an over-the-top guilty pleasure without any carts. Then, the chefs shop for one ingredient per aisle to make a delicious 10-item winner's dinner. The winning meatless master will shop the market for up to $20,000!
Guy Fieri invites some of the newest chefs from Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives to compete in Flavortown Market, where they make their best seller, but only after a coin flip determines whether they can shop the odd or even aisles. Then, the chefs roll the GGG dice to see what mandatory food adjective, whammy ingredient and kitchen equipment they must use in preparing an elevated comfort classic. The winning DDD chef heads on out to the market aisles to earn up to $20,000!
Chefs who believe they should have won their GGG episode call out their market rivals for a single round, $10,000 showdown they hope will settle the score. First up, a Los Angeles "Seoul food" chef challenges the Vancouver opponent who beat her by one point to a guilty pleasure rematch. Before she can tip the scales of justice in her favor, both chefs must use the produce scales to weigh in no more than 8 pounds of ingredients. Then, five-time GGG winner Tracey Shepos Cenami calls out GGG judge Eric Greenspan, who defeated her in a cheesy battle. Justice isn't the only one that's blind as the blindfolded rivals grab clearance cart items to feature in their cheesy winner's dinner.
It's the finale of Guy Fieri's wild tournament as the two highest-scoring all-star teams face off in the ultimate relay rumble. The first chefs on each team are given $40 to make a high-end dinner on a budget, and the second chefs must shop for a dessert with whatever money is left over. The final chefs do their best to complete the dishes their teammates started and present them to the judges. The winning team receives the Relay Rumble Championship trophies and the $60,000 grand prize!
While the team that won their initial heat gets an automatic free pass to the tournament finale, the winners of the other two heats must face off in a semifinal event to determine who will move on. The teams create a party platter featuring something raw, something fried and something cheesy. The first chefs in the relay can't shop for more than eight pounds of ingredients, and the second chefs get to grab an additional item, only to be told they must swap! Then, the third chef plates and presents the finished platters in hopes of moving on to the big $60,000 finale!
In the third and final qualifying heat of Guy Fieri's tag-team tournament, the GGG Judges take on Team Next Gen. The first chef on each team searches the market for a shopping cart containing a combination of mandatory global ingredients and a specific food adjective they think they can turn into a winner winner chicken dinner. Their teammate must then incorporate a second global ingredient, while the third chef must bring it all together. The winning team will move one step closer to the $60,000 championship.
'Tis the season for giving in Flavortown when Guy Fieri brings in four charitable chefs to compete in a holiday cook-off. First, Guy hands out gifts of special ingredients that the chefs must feature in their holiday pork dish. Then he uses a dreidel to give the chefs their budgets for a festive family favorite. Finally, the remaining chefs face off against a holiday version of the food pyramid that determines the requirements for their high-end holiday dish. Ultimately, one charitable chef will out-perform the others and earn a shopping spree worth up to $20,000.
Four chefs arrive in Flavortown ready to prove that traditionally unhealthy dishes can be made healthier and even more delicious. To start the New Year off right, Guy Fieri asks them to make a burger and fries without using any of the traditional burger ingredients. Then the chefs are challenged to make healthy lasagna with a weight limit on their ingredients, and they get a strict budget for making a fried chicken dinner. One chef will stick with their resolutions, take down the rest of the competition and win a shopping spree worth up to $20,000.
Guy Fieri invites firefighters, known for their courage and firehouse cooking, to partner with the all-star chefs they call friends for a special one-hour team competition. The firefighters and their all-star sous chefs must shop different sides of the store for the ingredients to make a 20-minute firehouse breakfast followed by a complete firehouse dinner. The team with the best breakfast wins $2,500, and the team that serves the best dinner wins up to $20,000.
