David Bonom

David Bonom is the recipe genius behind more than 70 cookbooks, including many bestsellers. His work appears regularly in Rachael Ray Every Day, Cooking Light, Better Homes & Gardens (where his recipes often grace the covers), Fine Cooking, Weight Watchers, Eating Well and many others. David travels far from his home base of New York to teach chefs and culinary students and chefs in Africa, South America, the Balkans and more about western flavor profiles and cooking techniques. Closer to home, he develops recipes for corporations that highlight the best features of their products. David began his culinary career working at some of the most prestigious New York City restaurants including Union Square Café, and catering for such notable clients as the Bette Midler, (then) First Lady Hilary Clinton, Sotheby’s, and more. David’s most recent project is Hero Dinners: Complete One-Pan Meals That Save the Day, which he co-authored with his wife and fellow chef Marge Perry.

Alexis deBoschnek

Alexis deBoschnek is a cook, recipe developer, host and writer based in Los Angeles, California. Most recently, Alexis was a Senior Test Kitchen Manager and on-camera talent at BuzzFeed’s Tasty. Alexis hosted the Tasty original series Friend in Town, as well as the viral series, Chef Out of Water. After obtaining her BA from the Fashion Institute of Technology, Alexis decided to leave the fashion world for the food world and attended culinary school at the International Culinary Center in New York City. She has developed recipes and written for Tasting Table, First We Feast, Chowhound, The Kitchn, and Brightland.
