Bobby Flay and His Daughter, Sophie, Are Starting a Podcast!

You know that old saying, "The apple doesn't fall far from the tree"? Well for the Flay family, that has proven to be true.
Longtime chef and restaurateur Bobby Flay has devoted his life to food, and while his daughter, Sophie, is a journalist living in LA, she's just as passionate about all things food as her dad is. Just a few years ago they joined forces to create The Flay List, a dad-daughter guide to New York City's dining scene. And now they're teaming up for a brand-new project, their first-ever podcast called Always Hungry — available now!
"Growing up with a chef, you could say I’m 'Always Hungry.' My dad and I launched this new podcast because our love of food has only strengthened our connection. Sharing a meal around the dinner table brings us together to have important conversations," Sophie told us.
With new episodes released every Tuesday, Bobby and Sophie will dish on their go-to favorites for cooking at home and going out to eat, as well as some classic family catch-ups. According to Sophie, "You’ll get a peek into our relationship and we’ll talk about things like where we get our recipes and whether or not people are still dressing up for dinner." And as always, there's one thing you can count on when Bobby and Sophie work together: "We laugh a lot!" she says.
