The 47th Daytime Emmy Awards nominees were announced today and Food Network stars and shows were all over the list for a total of 11 nominations! Eight of our amazing television hosts and series were nominated, and we saw two nods for outstanding directing and a nomination for a new short-form series hosted by Jet Tila.

Four familiar faces ruled the culinary host category with Valerie Bertinelli being nominated for Valerie's Home Cooking, Giada De Laurentiis for Giada Entertains, Ina Garten for Barefoot Contessa: Cook Like a Pro and Rachael Ray for the return of 30 Minute Meals. Each of these shows also scored a nod for Outstanding Culinary Series.

Trisha’s Southern Kitchen was nominated for Outstanding Directing for a Multiple Camera Daytime Program. Giada in Italy, which was shot on the stunning island of Capri, was nominated for Outstanding Directing for a Single Camera Daytime Program.

In the category of Outstanding Special Class - Short Format Daytime Program, we are thrilled to announce the nomination of Ready Jet Cook, which is hosted by Jet Tila.
