Mariah Carey and Milk Bar Join Forces to Launch a Dreamy Holiday Cake
The Mariah-made treats just keep on comin’.

Mariah Carey has long been considered something of the Duchess of December and the Countess of Christmas. We made those titles up, of course, but she is a pretty big deal when it comes to creating a holiday mood (and music, of course), and lately she’s leaned into that reputation more than ever, with everything from a cookie line to her own dedicated holiday menu at McDonald’s.
Things appear to be going up a rather elegant notch though (and to be honest, we’d expect nothing less from Mariah), as the diva is partnering with Milk Bar to launch a limited-edition cake in celebration of her new Irish Cream line, Black Irish.

The cake, which was created with Black Irish’s salted caramel flavor in mind will be available only today (November 29), beginning at 2 pm EST via milkbarstore.com/holidaylab, and is made from a double chocolate chip cake with cheesecake, caramel, coffee milk crumble and caramel frosting.
This is the latest release from Milk Bar's Holiday Lab Program, which launches a weekly product drop in limited quantities. The Double Chocolate Caramel Cream Cake, In Celebration of Mariah Carey's Black Irish will be priced at $80 for a 6-inch cake (that serves 8-12). And you’ll want to order pretty quickly, because there’s no way this one will be around long.
“The holidays are the perfect time for something sweet, which is why I'm so excited to partner with Milk Bar to bring the flavors of Black Irish Salted Caramel to life with the Double Chocolate Caramel Cream Cake. Inspired by Black Irish, this cake is perfect for holiday parties or simply for indulging your sweet tooth - a tasty morsel that I know everyone will enjoy,” said Mariah Carey in a press release.
We’re pretty sure we’re throwing this cake in the freezer to enjoy at Christmas dinner. It’s pretty much destined to be a blockbuster holiday hit. Obviously! It’s Mariah.
