This Is the Chocolate to Eat When Nobody's Watching
It’s called the Secret Single Behavior bar for a reason.
There’s a chocolate bar specifically created for anyone in charge of buying your own chocolate this year. The Secret Single Behavior bar, from Richmond, Va., chocolatier Miss Maude’s, is inspired by the foods you eat for dinner when nobody else is around. Think: a stack of potato chips, strawberry ice cream straight from the container, a late-night bowl of cereal or just a bottle of red wine.
Miss Maude’s is known for its bar of chocolates —a chocolate bar holding eight squares, each with a different flavor, to give you the benefit of the flavors of a box of chocolates all in one compact bar.
The Secret Single Behavior bar polled fans for their favorite foods to eat when nobody was watching, then reinvented each item — including the above flavors as well as peanut butter straight from the jar, salted caramel and a stack of Saltines (in this case upgraded to a caramelized cracker brittle), all ready to pair with the Apple TV remote. Each has been reimagined as a square of chocolate, resulting in eight single go-to snacks in one dark-chocolate package.
After all, life is like a bar of chocolates.
