If you’re looking for a new way to get rest and relaxation, Moe’s Southwest Grill’s got you.

The fast-casual Mexican restaurant chain released a YouTube video featuring eight straight hours – count ’em! – of a chip being dunked, dipped and swirled into thick, gooey, shimmering white queso. And, based on our sample viewing, we can attest that the video – captioned “Sleep well and dream of endless fountains of queso” – is weirdly soothing.

I mean, sure, it’s cheesy, but that is precisely the point. Underscored with the sort of soothing, gently swelling music you expect to hear in a luxury spa, the humble chip mesmerizingly makes its way through a green-and-white cup full of cheese, set against a simple white background, allowing us to peacefully focus on the pretty and mouth-watering patterns it creates along the way.

Its riveting journey is punctuated here and there by whispered affirmations – so patient watchers can be additionally rewarded. But even those who dip in and out of the video like that riveting chip in cheese may come away feeling strangely comforted.
