Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering. Add the green beans, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 cup of water. Cover and cook until the green beans are al dente, 3 minutes.
Uncover, add the coriander, garlic and 1 1/4 teaspoons pepper, and toss to coat. Add the almond butter, reduce to low heat and cook, tossing frequently, until the almond butter melts and the green beans are evenly coated, 2 to 4 minutes. When the green beans are done, they should still retain a slight crunch and the spices should be very fragrant. Turn the heat off and stir in the lemon juice. Taste and adjust the salt as needed.
