1 1/2 ounces calvados or Applejack
1 ounce lemon juice
1 ounce cinnamon simple syrup (see Cook's Note)
3 ounces hard cider
Thinly sliced apple, for garnish
To make Cinnamon Simple Syrup, heat equal parts sugar and water and 2 or 3 cinnamon sticks until sugar melts. Store in fridge to chill.
