How To Make No-Churn Watermelon Ice Cream Slices
Want a cool, creamy summer treat that's sure to make a splash? Try these No-Churn Watermelon Ice Cream Slices. You'll need a mini seedless watermelon, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream and fine salt to make this easy recipe. Cut off the top of the watermelon and, using an immersion blender, puree the flesh. Pour out the juice, reserving one and a half cups, and stick the body of the watermelon in the freezer. Whisk together the watermelon juice, sweetened condensed milk and fine salt in one bowl and use a hand mixer to whip heavy cream in another, then blend everything together. Fill the frozen watermelon shell with the ice cream mixture, cover and freeze for 3 hours. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving in slices.
