A Very Berry Brazilian

1-1/2 oz. Cachaca, Brazilian rum

3 strawberries*, diced

1 tsp. agave nectar

Two dashes ground cinnamon*


  1. Muddle the strawberries, agave and cinnamon in the bottom of a shaker glass. Add ice and Cachaca. Shake well and strain into a large rocks glass.

Cook’s Note

*Strawberries are as high in vitamin C as orange juice, and one teaspoon of cinnamon contains 28 mg of calcium and 1 mg of iron.
