Ben's Potatoes

5 pounds potatoes

Kosher for Passover vegetable oil

1 head garlic, separated into cloves

Salt and pepper


  1. Wash and peel potatoes, cut into wedges. Toss with oil and garlic cloves. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 1 hour, or until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
