Black Mission Fig Yogurt Salad

1/2 cup of plain non-fat yogurt

1/2 cup of diced black mission figs

1/2 cup diced seedless cucumber

1/2 cup diced red onion

1/2 cup chopped cilantro leaves

Grated peel of 1/2 lime


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and serve immediately or refrigerate until needed.
