1 cup guava nectar, chilled

1 cup papaya nectar, chilled 

Juice of 1 lime

1 bottle sparkling wine, chilled 

Diced guava or papaya, optional 


  1. Divide the guava and papaya nectars among 4 chilled champagne flutes or coupes. Stir well. Stir about 1 teaspoon of the lime juice into each glass. Top off the glasses with sparkling wine and garnish with diced fruit if desired. Serve immediately.
