Ingredients

Deselect All

1 1/2 cups mango nectar

3/4 cup sugar

1 1/2 cups wheat beer

1 mango, peeled and finely diced

Directions

Special equipment:

15 to 17 ice pop molds

Combine the mango nectar and sugar in a large bowl, whisking until the sugar is dissolved. Add the beer and slowly stir to combine without foaming the beer.
Place a few pieces of diced mango into each of 15 to 17 ice pop molds. Add the beer mixture and freeze until solid, 1 to 3 hours.
