Inspired by the ultra-popular chocolate-covered strawberries sold in London’s iconic Borough Market, this shake is as fun to make as it is to drink. We start by lining a glass with luscious hardening chocolate, then fill it with a frothy mix of juicy strawberries and strawberry coconut beverage. Topped with a whole berry and dairy-free whipped cream, this drink is certain to crack the code on becoming a viral sensation.

Directions
Special equipment:
two 16-ounce clear drinking glasses
Add the chocolate and coconut oil to a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high in 30-second increments, stirring between each, until smooth and fully melted, about 1 1/2 minutes. Let sit at room temperature to cool slightly, about 15 minutes.
Using a spoon, spread the chocolate on the inside of two 16-ounce clear glasses, leaving 1/2 inch exposed at the top of each glass. Refrigerate until set and firm, at least 15 minutes and up to 30 minutes.
Add the strawberry coconut milk beverage, coarsely chopped strawberries and 2 cups ice to a blender. Blend on high until smooth, about 1 minute.
Pour the shake into the chocolate-lined glasses and drizzle about 2 tablespoons of the remaining melted chocolate on top of each shake; allow 2 to 3 minutes for the chocolate to harden. To enjoy, gently tap the chocolate shell with a spoon to break it into bite-size pieces, top each shake with whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa powder and add a whole strawberry to each rim.
