  1. Pulse 1/2 stick softened butter, the grated zest of 1 lime, 2 sliced scallions and 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt in a food processor. Boil 4 ears corn until tender, about 4 minutes. Drain and spread with the butter. Season with salt and pepper.
