Bright hibiscus tea is mixed with tequila, lime and triple sec for this colorful take on a classic margarita. Shake with ice and strain into a salt-rimmed glass for serving.

Directions
Brew 3/4 cup strong hibiscus tea, then let cool. Combine the tea, 3/4 cup tequila, 1/2 cup each triple sec and lime juice and 4 teaspoons sugar in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into 4 short ice-filled glasses rimmed with salt. Garnish with lime wedges.
Cook’s Note
For a mocktail version, simply leave out the alcohol. It tastes great as a regular iced tea drink.
